Chapter 3

“Let's clear out of this section of town,” someone said. “In case another landslide occurs.”

The crowds cleared away. 

All of the injured had been taken to the infirmaries.

Chapter 4

Ace waited outside the infirmaries with others. 

The half of Wallin facing the mountain had been evacuated. 

“The tornadoes must have set off that landslide,” someone said.

“It's alright,” another said. “No landslide will bother this side of town.”

Hours went by.

Jarvis's medical team and other doctors and nurses were busy with the wounded.

Some waiting outside the infirmaries found a bed or sleeping bag to sleep.
