Chapter 1

They walked the streets of Diamond. 

“How long have you been the diplomat of Tranquil Ace?” Ahmed asked.

“For about six months,” Ace said.

“What were you doing previously?”

“I was a professional martial arts fighter,” Ace said. “I fought in many tournaments in Tranquil.”

Ahmed said, “Oh yes; Ace Bardon. I remember hearing about your fighting career.”

“Yes. I won a lot. The spectators loved me.”

“I was a professional fighter myself,” Ahmed said. “I fought in many tournaments before I became the leader of Gale. Many enjoyed my performances. We have that in common.”

Chapter 2

“Come,” Ahmed said. “I'll show you one of our fighter academies.”
