Chapter 1
Phil sat in a near-empty cell. He'd been in a Tide Shelf prison for too long a time.
He'd heard rumblings of prison abolishment around the world. Apparently it was quite successful; though Shadow had yet to do so.
That night noises could be heard around the prison, making him wonder.
Noise grew. There were a lot of voices.
Keys turned at his door.
Chapter 2
Tide Shelf prisoners were being rescued.
Guards were outnumbered.
Protesters and guards stunned one another around the streets.
