Chapter 1

Teryl, Mac, Veera, and Jemma were in Keyton, Spirit Island.

They were at a coffee shop lounging and talking.

“The sky palaces now too,” Veera said. “I heard on a radio. Gavin, Gates, and the sky palaces. All being evacuated.”

“The nature curses have returned so quickly,” Jemma said.

“They may return around Spirit Island,” Mac said. “We could find ourselves evacuating to the north again.”

Chapter 2

Tarver, leader of Spirit Island, was talking to Dane, his assistant.

“I don't like this news of the nature curses,” Tarver said. “Inform all cities on Spirit Island to return their fossil fuels back into the planet.”

“Yes sir,” Dane said.
