Chapter 3
Ace laid in bed.
He had read thirty pages of ‘Eras of Corterrum’. He'd yet to be contacted by the grand-book being.
A voice then sprouted in his mind, “Transformer. You sought me out.”
“I did,” Ace communicated with his mind. “I was advised by another grand-book being to talk to you. Corterrum is almost out of oil, fossil fuels. We are hoping to replace oil back into Corterrum but we don't know what with.”
“I see,” the voice said. “I am Ore. There are ghosts that will be able to advise us on what to replace it with. With the masks from Spirit Island on us we will go to certain caves. We’ll ask the ghosts there if there are recipes of minerals or something else we can put into Corterrum to replace the planet’s lifeblood.”
“Okay.”
“You receive a new transformation by me joining you,” Ore said. “An armadillo form; I can change you into the armadillo-form.”
Chapter 4
Ace went to the city castle’s throne room.
A guard showed him to a study where Garret was.
“How is it going?” Garret asked.
“The grand-book contacted me. Ore it goes by. Ore wants to ask certain ghosts for recipes for replacements for oil, fossil fuels. To pump and put into Corterrum. We’re to go to Spirit Island to borrow their special masks. We then go to certain caves with the masks and contact the ghosts there. Ore is hopeful we’ll procure such recipes.”
“I'll contact the world revamp council to get flying vehicle clearance,” Garret said. “Prepare your team.”
